Good NumbersGood Numbers ("we", "us") runs goodnumbers.io. This page explains what information we collect through the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, store URL, revenue range, the type of request and your message.
- Site usage. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, using cookies. We use it only to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use form submissions only to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to carry out a tracking check or project. We don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account and in our email. Access details you give us for a tracking check are used only for that check, and we ask you to remove our access once it's done.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email privacy@goodnumbers.io and we'll reply within 30 days.
